What I would grab if my house was burning

I would grab pictures especially of my mother since she is no longer with us.  And of course other momentos from people I love.  For example, things my children have made for me.  Those are my most priced possessions.

Apr. 1, 2007 at 3:07 PM I think if my family and pets are safe, I would grab my journals. I've been writing them for a very long time and it would hurt to know they were destroyed. I'd also want to make sure I grabbed my backup data card that had all my work in progress manuscripts on it. You know, that might be a good thing for me to make a duplicate of and store offsite. Maybe in my bank's safe deposit box?

Apr. 1, 2007 at 11:06 PM I would Grab my kids' picture albums. You can never replace baby pix. However I do have them saved on discs at my moms just in case!

Apr. 2, 2007 at 12:54 AM you know i have thought about this before and even though pictures are the main thing for everybody i have a problem with that because i have too many so i would grab these 3 black and white photos of each of my kids they to me are the main attraction of my living room and the one thing i like to look up and see so i think wherever i went if i had those 3 pictures i would feel at home!!!
