if i were to send out clothes BEFORE anyone paid me for them, would you do it?

 i have a BUTT LOAD of baby boy clothes sizes 0-12 months and i am moving. i need $$ but more importantly i NEED to get rid of things. i just have to much. so this is what i would like to do.

1) get a flat rate box

2)fill it up with as many baby clothes plus free extra like toys, books, or diaper bags (grab bag style)

3)send it out to moms who want it BEFORE the pay me and hope they are honest descent people and send a check, or money order to me after the have received their box.

would you do it? could you trust me? i trust you. call me stupid if you will but i need to get rid of these clothes i dont  have room. and if someone dose not pay me..oh well i can only hope they get over whelmed with guilt everytime they put these unpaid for clothes on their doll babies.

 

 the thing is i am running out of time and i HAVE to thin out my things. i dont have time to wait and HOPE i get paid before i send these things out. i would rather (at this point) ship the stuff out and hope i get $$ because i cant deal with it anymore.

this is just a sample of some of the things i have. this lot is already spoken for. if the poll gose good i will put flat rate boxes together with pix and post it. i just want to see what moms think about it FIRST.

Jul. 16, 2008 at 4:09 PM oh absolutely! i know if i do this (i most likely will do this) i know that there will be some that do not pay. but i will not pull my hair out over it. i really need to get rid of things. its not like i'm going to ship out the crib before i got paid or anything like that. just clothes. the only thing i would be out is the shipping money. i would be throwing it away because its comeing out of my pocket. it would be great to thik that everyone is honest and will pay..but the reality of it is a lot of people are not like that.

Jul. 20, 2008 at 3:04 AM I could use some baby clothes and things but  I dont get paid til Thursday.  I am really struggling finacially but I think I could probably do like $15 m.o. to you.  my baby is due in October and I have no clothes for it.  (they say it is a boy, but i hav my doubts) but it is a baby and they dont know what they are wearing. lol so anything helps.

 I just want to say thank you for all the honest people i sent boxes to. so far i have received payments. i havent  been made out to look like a fool....yet.  i hope you ladies enjoy the clothes. and to anyone else i have Sizes 0-9 months left (boy clothing). i am all out of 12 month clothing they went like hot cakes.
