Well, today was a little different. I found I did not enjoy moving as much as I did yesterday and am still considering a chair frame. I found myself more often than not trying to brace myself with my leg so as not to move. Of course I put a little more air in it last night and I may need to let some out, it rolls a bit more with more air! My lower back still has not gotten used to it and I switch back and forth from the ball to my chair every few hours. Which is where a chair might come in handy since it has the back rest on it.
I do like not having arms on my chair to where I can get closer to my keyboard tray, and the dogs like the fact that when I get up I don't run over them with the wheels on my chair (there is no place else for them to lay ya know).
My neck and my shoulders still feel much better even if my lower back is a little sore, I think with time I will get used to sitting up straight (what a concept I know!) and that will go away. After all, its only day 2!
Oh the only really annoying thing I have found is I stick to the ball (but a towel solved that) and my right butt cheek tends to fall asleep........hmmmmmm.
