I was at the dr. today with Jordyn she weighed in at 19 lbs. 14 oz. That ranked in at 11 %. The doctor suggested giving her more calories and higher fat content foods. I have a pretty good idea of what to give her and the Dr. gave me some suggestions but I would love to have some other mom's input on this. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

She's 14 months?
I know that a good way to gain weight is by drinking protein shakes. I don't know if that would be good for a 14 month old, or not. Worth asking the doc about. They have lots of good recipes out there. I'll see if I can find a link and post back...
