I was at the dr. today with Jordyn she weighed in at 19 lbs. 14 oz.  That ranked in at 11 %.  The doctor suggested giving her more calories and higher fat content foods.  I have a pretty good idea of what to give her and the Dr. gave me some suggestions but I would love to have some other mom's input on this.  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you.

She's 14 months?

I know that a good way to gain weight is by drinking protein shakes. I don't know if that would be good for a 14 month old, or not. Worth asking the doc about. They have lots of good recipes out there. I'll see if I can find a link and post back...

Maddie is in the -5% for weight, so I know where you're coming from.  The weird thing is, she eats ALLLLL the time-- I really wish I had the same problem as her!  I have been feeding her a lot of yogurt and peanut butter.  I'm kind of a health nut so I avoid the more saturated-fat foods, and stick mostly with "healthy" fat foods...
