im tired but i cant sleep
i want food but im not hungry and nothing sounds good
when i do eat, i want to eat healthy, but all i crave is crap.
i know i need water but it makes me sick
how many flinstone vitimans do i take a day in replacement of prenatal vitimans? is it an adiquate substitute?
why am i so self concious about my belly? im not even showing that much but i always feel like i need to hide it, i feel ashamed when my husband and i walk through the mall and he says loudly when a group of guys OR girls walks by "my PREGNANT WIFE...." like he just emphasized that part of a sentance or something...
i want to be bigger and really start showing so that i FEEL pregnant but i just feel so....ug....
is this normal?

You are perfectly normal. Don't sweat it! You should definitely drink plenty of water, and be sure to get more than plenty of Calcium. Best to get the Calcium from dairy products, but if you have to do supplements be sure you get a good balance of Vitamin C and Calcium, to allow it to absorb. Definitely go purchase the Drug Store Brand Pre-Natal Vitamins. They have a different blend of vitamins than the Flintstones, and things that your body really needs right now. When you have the proper nutrition everything else will seem a little better. Enjoy the early part of pregnancy and the energy you have while you have it.

yes its perfectly normal hun. Trust me once you start to show and your clothes dont fit you youll take that back lol.Its all apart of being preggo. You can get prenatal vitamines over the counter at walgreens or any other store. All of your feelings are normal its all apart of the preggo journey.
