1 week checkup!

Joey had his one week checkup today. He is 3 weeks 1 day old already! I was really excited to see if he had gained any weight or not. Well even though he is premature the doctor said he is perfectly healthy! He weighs 6lbs 7oz, thats 11oz in a week! I was so pumped, the doctor asked me what type of formula I was using, I was very proud to say I was exclusively breastfeeding. He is 20in long now, thats another 2in since his birth! He is groing so fast! I am so thankful for him and his perfect health!
And of course Joey decided to pee up and out of his diaper! Then when hubby went to change his diaper, he pee'd over him and on the Drs chair! It was too funny, the doc was a good sport about it.
Well thats all, I was just so excited and thought I would blog about it!

I remember when my youngest was born a month early and she weighed 5 lbs 10 ounces, that first doctors appointment she weighed 6 lbs 8 ounces so i was just as thrilled as you are!
