Keeping Cassidy Safe in Oregon

I have until Thursday afternoon to figure out a legal way to keep Cassidy in Oregon with us. I talked with her CPS Case worker in CA on Tuesday and have not heard back from her. I am starting to get depressed, as I don't know of any other legal way to keep her safe and out of foster care.
