So, again, it makes me think about Green Eggs and Ham.... he spends the majority of the book saying he won't even try them.  He is already conviced that he isn't going to like it... before he even tries it!  In the end he likes Green Eggs and Ham.  How mamy times have I told my kids.. just TRY it... give it some time, you make like it!

This whole new layout has me thinking about that book.  I, for one, am not completly sold by the layout.  It looks sterile and generic.  I know that I already wrote one journal about it, but that was a knee jerk journal.  I am going to try and think this one more out.

I do think that if we will give it a chance, we might like it.  I do agree, I miss the homey feel from before.  I liked that the links were on the other side.  I like the fact that it didn't look like MySpace.

After playing around with it a little more, and figuring out where things are, I love the drop downs.  I don't have to go to the groups page, and then my groups to get where I want to be.  I wish that the journals ad a one click like before, but I can deal with the drop down.  I do notice that I spend a little less time just browsing (which isn't a bad thing.. I can get sucked in for hours if the girls are occupied with life).

I always thought that everyone on here was a mom. Don't we tell our children that they need to try something and sometimes we make them try it several times before they realize that they actually like it! I think the moms on here need to try the new cafemom before they complain. It's not something that we'd ever let our children get away with!
