Law and Order SVU. I love this show. Every episode is good, and I can watch the reruns over and over again. I would say the Original Law and Order, too, but I'm afraid that it may have jumped the shark at the end last season...too many cast changes recently.
Also, the new Battlestar Galactica. I just watched the first three seasons on DVD and it is an amazing show.
