OK need your option.  If you had the choice to pick your babies b-day because of a c-section would you chose a date that is shared by a family member or would you want your own child to have there own b-day.  Aug and Sept is are big months for both sides of that family.  help please.  Due Sept 4.

I've actually seen where kids, absolutely hate sharing their b-day with a parent or anyone else... They need their own special day............  not around a Holiday either.

Ruger...

I would just see what happens. I couldn't risk complications from a c-section (for mom & baby) just so they could have a birthday on a day that no one else in the family does. They might meet someone at school with the same birthday & have to celebrate with someone else anyway.

It really depends on who they'd share it with!  Aunts and Uncles, grandparents are definitely a for sure!  Siblings I would stay away from.  They need their OWN birthday.  Even so, I see too many parents sharing the kids birthdays anyway even tho they're 2 weeks apart!

Sound...

I have personal experiences in this department. My brothers birthdays are June 1 and June 12. My birthday is May 27th (I am the oldest.) For the first few years of my life I had my own parties...absolutely loved it. Then my parents wanted to save time and money (understandable) so they put all of our birthdays together. It was okay, but it would have been neater to just have my special day to myself. After all, birthdays only come once a year and thats the day a child can feel like they are the king or princess of that day and the only one. Ya know?

I think if it is an adult family member, it would be fine to share.  However, if it is a child, things might get a bit tricky.  Good luck!  Let us know what you decide!
