Tattoo Artists

I am looking for someone to help me realize my next tat.  I have several ideas but I'm no artist and I'm broke-so if you've got the artistic goods and just want to help out a fellow mom-you'll be my hero.

I would like a rising Phoenix coming out of a lotus (rebirth) I would also like to incorporate the Celtic version of my son's name.
