OKay, I just joined Ladies Total Fitness. I really like it. I found out I'm not as fat as I thought. lol I only have to loose about 60 pounds to look like I did when I was 18, I'm 30 now. Which is pretty cool. I am doing really good. I go on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. I'm also in the body flow class for flexalbity. I can't wait to try the weights class, but I have to work up to that.
