What city have you been to and liked the least and why?

In March of 2006 I was dating a guy who was in the Army and he had gotten injured while he was in Iraq.  They flew him to Augusta, GA after he spent a couple days in Germany and in DC.  I flew down to see him and every person that I encountered there was RUDE< RUDE< RUDE!!!!!   They didn't want to give me directions to any hotel or stores or even to the base there.  It was the worst experience I ever had on a trip and is one place that I will never go again.!
