Get motivated. It is YOUR time to shine. Feeling defeated? Get over it! Don't waste your energy on a pity party, make a plan! Jump into action! Life throwing you curve balls? Seems everywhere you turn there is a new obstacle to overcome? Instead of letting this steal your thunder and feeling down and out, use these as life lessons, and let it fuel your determination.

Life is too short to waste too much time on the "blahs". Sure, it's ok to take a time out, feel a bit discouraged but do NOT stay stuck there! Sometimes feelings of unworthiness and self-doubt are more comfortable than taking control of your life and truly pursuing what you want. Make a point today to say NO MORE! No more getting stuck in "that place".

No more pity parties.

No more "I can't".

No more "I will never be good enough".

No more "I will never make this work!".

Life has a way of giving us what we need instead of what we want. Use this to your advantage. Take a few moments each time life hits you with trials and ask yourself, "What am I suppose to learn from this? How can I use this to move forward?".

Truly listen to the whispers of your heart. The answers really are there within you, you just need to find the time to REALLY listen. Whether the trials and obstacles you are facing pertain to business or your personal life, you need to slow down and LISTEN to what your heart is telling you, LISTEN to your intuition. A lot of times, not always as there are situations we have no control over, but a lot of times we struggle because we are on the wrong path, we are not living up to our greatest good, and we are forcing ourselves to do or be what others expect of us, not who we are destined to be.

Be patient.

Be kind to yourself.

Keep on keeping on!

Most of all, never EVER give up!
