What do I do with 2 plastic grocey bags full of cucumbers. I do not have a canner or jars!!

Look up a recipe for Refrigerator pickles! They last in the fridge for about 3 months! (If they don't get eaten by then!) They're really good!

My husband's favorite every day dish is:

1 cup vinegar 1 small Onion peeled & sliced real thin 1 cup sugar

Peel the cucumber (or don't peel -personal preference) and slice real thin. Ready to eat after about an hour!
