Aiden & Ava are 15 months old

Monday, July 28th..I took Aiden & Ava to the doctor for their 15 month check-up appt. Everything went ok..they both received one shot a piece and everything looks and sounds good. Ava is still not eating "people" food, she will only eat step 2 or 3 baby food..and it has to be pureed..she won't eat anything that is a chunk. She will gag to the point of throwing up. So the Dr. was concerned about that, so she is referring Ava to a feeding specialist (again). Ava saw a feeding specialist at 10 months old b/c she wouldn't eat anything from a spoon. Only a bottle..but a week after that visit she started eating from a spoon and loved it. So I am hoping by going to see them again she will finally catch on to the textures of foods. I feed her chunky stuff everyday but I can't stand to watch her gag and spit up. Aiden is doing great..he is eating everything in sight, walking around eveywhere. On his toes, backwards, squating..it's all so cute. I wish my Ava would do these things. She can pull herself up to the standing position but won't let go. She can't stand there long, maybe 3 or 4 min then she sits down. She has always been the 1st to do things..crawling, climbing on the sofa, sleeping through the night..so this walking thing has me really bothered. She is so smart but just so small. I can't wait for the day they are both walking and running around together. That will be a blessed day.

Aiden ~ 24lbs 31 inches tall
