The gross misrepresentation of facts by the trade union, ACOG, has resulted in the violation of a woman's right to choose how and where to give birth. Women attempting a VBAC are being denied care, midwives are being put out of business and the natural process of pregnancy and birth are being over-medicalized. ACOG needs to hear from concerned and affected citizens about how they need to stay out of a woman's birth.
