I recently read an article concerning food preservatives making children hyper; per the article, these links were first discovered in the 1970's however this information has been ignored for more than 30 years since, in favor of feeding kids drugs. The best food for the human body by far is raw, fresh and living foods with-out preservatives, additives, artifical colors, flavors etc.

Due to the growing market of fast food and demanding working environments, home prepared meals have become a distant memory for many. Is it a good idea to substitiue good health for more time at work? In the end, time taken from the good health account will have to be repaid with much interest.

Just say no.......I agree, begin focusing on all the fresh foods and eliminate those "life depleting" foods. Our kids will thank of for it in he end.
