John was using our truck this weekend to help some friends move.  He made about three successful trips.  On the fourth trip, the transmission went out on the truck.  It is under warranty, sort of.  My dad had the tranny rebuilt in December 2006, and we are till within the 2 years and the milegae requirement for the warranty.  But the warranty is not transferable.  We are going to see if Dad can take the truck in to get it repaired.  If not, I don't know what we will do.  We certainly can't afford $2500 to repair it.  We might be able to borrow the money from my parents, but I don't know.  Please pray that this works out, because we need a second vehicle now that I am about to start my new job.
