okay my son went to the dentist yesterday and he threw a huge fit. THey found that he has at least one cavitiy and they want to sedate him for the filling so he doesnt hurt himself or any one else and i get that i was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and if so do you have any tips or things i should know or watch for besides what the dentist told me? I am so embarassed by his behavior i dont know why he did it its the first time hes done that and hes been in for cleanings and work before. He screamed so loud and fought and punched and kicked and i wasnt in there with him so i couldnt make him calm down. He hates having his teeth brushed at home i literally have to hold him down and force his mouth open to brush and then i cant brush all the teeth because he bites down onthe brush. If you have any tips for this issue too I am all ears. thanks for you help ladies

Boy oh boy whats with these boys?? My grandson does the same thing getting his teeth brushed @ nite! My daughter is a single mom- active duty deployed currently, Navy in the Gulf for last 7 mos soooo I'm taking care of Jayden my 2 yr old grandson. We are having the fights of our lives LOL with the tooth brush stuff, so Ive cut out virtually everything with sugars except of course fruits, which I know has lots of natural sugars but fighting him every nite sure makes me sad having a good day always end on a sour note! So if you get any suggestions sure wouldn't mind hearing them as well! or if
you'd just like to chat in general? my email is Dasme07@yahoo.com good luck D
