my turn

everyone else has posted about their babies birth so i decided it was my turn... it was a little chaotic i went in on a friday for an ultrasound because they thought i measured too big and they wanted to make sure i didnt need a c section well the girl who was doing it was having problems getting a clear image so she said he was 7 lbs 8 ozs so i wasnt worried..... sunday morning i get a call from the doctor saying i need to come back to get another ultrasound because there may be meconium in my fluid... so i go back and they still cant get a clear image  so they tell me that in the morning i have to be induced because of the complications that could occur if it is meconium... so the put me on antibiotics because i am strep b positive....  monday morning at 9:30 am they break my water about 10 am they give me an epidual at 10:23 my son is born 7 lbs 8 ozs 19 inches long 13 3/4 head circumfrence he was born with a mohawk... i only needed a little stiching because he came out so fast i didnt have time to stretch naturally his face was a little red but no brusing and his head was rounded not coned because of how fast he came out ... i cried when i saw my little man for the first time                                  it was the most wonderful day of my life and i just wanted to share it with everyone
