1 bag of buns
1-2 lbs boneless pork chops
1 bottle of fave. BBQ sauce
crock pot
trim off fat from porkchops, place in crock pot, cover with BBQ sauce, cover, set on low for 6-7 hours. 1-2 hours before its time to eat pull out pork and remove extra BBQ sauce (set aside for later). put pork back in and mash to break it up. re add BBQ sauce to likeing and let set on low until time to eat. serve on buns or whatever, and a side dish. (i did chips.) happy eating
