my bf is a wonderful man and father since the day we brought our son home he has bent over backwards to help me but sometimes he makes me wonder..... he will feed our son with no bib even thou i always ask him to... his neck gets vey red and raw underneath his little fat roll also when he makes bottles they are cool i make them rather warm the boy doesnt seem to mind also almost every day i come home from work he is only wearing a diper he doesnt seem to mind or care is dad just more interested in playing? i mean its not hurting our son but i do things differently so i just wanted to know if all men are like this?

Apr. 4, 2007 at 1:03 PM my husband does and wants just about everything the opposite from me. i put my son in a bib, it keeps his clothes from getting wet and stained, my husband swears that its choking the life out of him and making himm sweat to death. which btw its not. i think that you want to raise your children in each your own way, which is just fine, but dont let it cause arguments between you. as long as he is not hurting your son, let him go. i leave my son in a diaper often and my husband gets mad and wants himm in clothes all the time. no biggy, just put his clothes on before dad gets home. lol that way everyone is happy and the baby is comfy. good luck.

Apr. 4, 2007 at 1:03 PM I agree men will do the minimal amount of work, they only want to do the fun stuff.  I know I have been nagging my husband for a year to throw his dirty laundry in thw wash room (which is right across from our room) but he doesnt he will leave it on the floor..I guess it is to much work lol.  Yeah that is just men for ya

Apr. 4, 2007 at 1:09 PM just be thankful that he helps you even knowing he does things differently. today my kids dad has to come with a sherriff to get his things so if you know what i mean i would give your man a huge hug and kiss and thank god you only have to worry about the bib.
