Day 2 Potty Training

It wasn't exhausted as I thought it would be. But Dezmond progressed really well. I got up around 9am and go about my business til as soon as he woke up, I put him in his potty. About 5 minutes later, he was like ooohhh!! and pointed to his potty and he peed. I applauded him and he put on a smile face. I turned on the cartoon for him to watch as he's about go to his business. I fed him some juice and banana. I was on the computer when he ran to me an hour later showing me what he did. He pooped in the potty. I applauded him and rewarded him with candy. He looked all so proud!! He had 2 accidents today, but that wasn't as bad as I thought. Everytime he peed on the floor, I scooped him up and put him in the potty.  I think it's kinda funny that everytime he pees, he and his face goes OOOOOHHH and then point to his potty. I think he's doing fairly well in his part.  He took a 2 hour nap, after he woke up, I put him in the potty all so cranky but in he went!!! I am sooo proud of him. The day isn't halfway done. I will post updates late at night when he goes to bed.

what age is lil one.  my boy just turned one and he always hides in a corner to go pooo i was think of gettn a potty for him at least for the poo...

This is great Linda.  I am happy for you both.  Seems like this won't be too hard of a deal.  Next step would just be getting a hold of the nighty night time bathroom breaks.
