Well, the other day a friend of mine asked me what the big deal about HFCS was.....I wanted to research it so that I could explain it better. OMG! NO wonder our country has so many health problems, and the obesity rate is outrageous. It makes me sick to know that it is in just about everything. Just one more reason to read every label on every food and drink that you buy.....I do, and you should too. Anyhow, here is a link that gives some helpful info about HFCS!!!!! YUCK!

My daughter started cutting out HFCS & has dropped more than 40lbs. I'd suspect the http://www.hfcsfacts.com/ website - look at who puts it out.
So, genetically modified corn and processing with fungus is natural to you? Hmm....I think I will stick with what I know to be natural, thanks....

Thanks for the link. I'm going to pass it on to my family. That is nasty. I always thought it was gross. ANyting Synthetic, reporduced, modified, etc - IS NOT ORGANIC!!!!!!!
I agree... Whoopi on the view wants it banned... says it's not in European food and... ahem... look at their bodies. Those Italians eat and drink with such gusto! I want to move! I can almost smell the fresh ingredients... sniff sniff
And some people wonder why "home cooking" taste better. She types this while popping in a Tootsie Roll Midget into her mouth....
Here's my theory.....the growers of corn don't need to go broke. Let's just use corn for plastic, and then we can use real, natural sugar for our food instead of genetically modified ahem....syrup!

Thanks for the link. I have been slowly cutting foods w/ HFCS out of our lives anyway, but this just adds fuel to my fire.
