A long time ago, in a different lifetime, I was an impulse shopper. But that life was much different than the one I live now.
Every purchase is planned ... and evaluated ... and scrimped and saved for. Nothing - and yes, I do mean nothing - is ever an impulse purchase. Every item - right down to a box of macaroni - is a planned purchase.
Life was more fun then ... in a lot of ways. But we're making it.
And for that I am thankful.

You're asmart lady! More people need to live that way even if they have money. Americans waste too much money on senseless stuff! Stuff that will be thrown away a few months later... If you have a storage shed you have too much stuff! I quit shopping about 10 years ago because I realizedimpulse buying was stupid! I had new clothes I never wore, nick-nacks still in the boxes....We now have our house paid off, no credit cards, and a nice retirementgoing just by stopping impulse buying of unnecessary stuff! It's hard for awhile but it's well worth it now!
