I am definitely a romantic. I love my kids, but when we are able to be alone I cherish every second. I adore my hubby. The most important thing in a marriage is the relationship you have with your spouse. You see children grow up, move out, get lives of their own. You must have a relationship with your mate. I have talked to so many married couples who love their spouse, but don't really know them. What happens when the kids are gone and the two of you are looking at one another trying to figure out what you want. It is so important that you take the time now to develop and know each other now, before the children are gone. It will not only strengthen your relationship, but make you better parents, lovers and friends.
