Disney at 9am. . . . . . & then at 6pm

Disney opens it's gates, it's 9 o'clock and everyone is well, happy. That's what Disney does to everyone~it makes them HAPPY!! Grown men proudly strut wearing goofy ball caps with the droopy ears. . . . . .parent's happily buy their kids outragiosuly large lollypops w/o second guessing, they get the autograph books ready & study the map for the best place to start their magical day. Brothers & sister's get along. . . . . parent's have on their happy faces & sweet voices. . . . . . .

***fast forward to 6 o'clock***

WoW. Look around, parents no longer have those happy faces. It's more of a "I'm fed up, what the hell else do we have to see in this friggen place?" face. . . oh and the sweet voices are gone. They no longer care they are in Disney (the magical happy place). Brother's & sister's again can't stand eachother, and one is crying cause the other one's half of the massive lolly pop is stuck in their hair~again. Huffs & puffs fill the air, along with tired sighs. . . . . .
thank goodness it's over!

*This was NOT how our trip was. this was my observation while we were there. I had said to Bruno about 6ish~ look at all the cranky people! So, I had to write a silly post about it. We had a great time (freakin hot) but great time. The new additions to the park are so good (Monster's Inc laugh floor is hilarious!) and the old faithfulls are still as magical as ever. The kids were great, they had a lot of fun. Jack's favorite part was seeing & hugging Mickey. He was in awe.

I'm so glad you had fun!!!!  I can't wait to take Cate!  I'd like the in-laws to go with us (silly me I know)- Cate's the only grandkid they've got - and are going to get- so I'd like them to be involved in the magic- and they're really the only gps she's got- my parents are fuckwads- anyway, off my tangent.....

I"M SO GLAD YOU HAD A GREAT TIME!!!!!  We're going to have the happy plan too- bo matter what time of the day it is- but, I imagine that by 6pm we'll be done with the park and by the pool with a cocktail.... ;-)

I'm soo glad you had a blast!!  When we took Lace last spring we had the "other" experience early in and then things cheered up.  I think it was all of the anticipation of getting there (after 2 days on the road)  Kind of like the Vacation movie! lol
