There is no replacing going to a beautiful place and having family and maybe even some friends around and gorging on burgers and potato salad! Playing games like volleyball and horseshoes or frisbee! Going swimming or on a nature walk...sending the kids on a scavenger hunt! I haven't done this is a LONG time and it sounds to me like I need to make some plans!

I know it said romantic...if I were to do that, I would send my hubby on a romantic scavenger hunt and basically make him find ME in the end. I would send him on errands that would have a clue at each new place and eventually lead to a romantic spot on a nice blanket under a big willow tree...privacy a must :)
