Home for Sale...

Well, today a lady is coming to look at our home for the 3rd time. It has been up for sale since the end of November. She made us an offer and it was way too low (but that is how you play the game.) But she is coming this morning to have a 3rd look and to write up her final offer.
This means we will be able to make an offer on the home of our dreams. We saw it several months ago but it was out of our price range and I joked with my husband, "Is that the home of your dreams?" The price just dropped drastically a couple weeks ago and we went to check it out. It is a beautiful old farm house that has had some renovations done in the recent past. There are beautiful rolling hills and a rippling creek, a couple ponds, beautiful trees, and 2 barns on 29 acres. My husband wants to be a hobby farmer and I grew up with a beautful field and woods to run & play in when I was a kid. I want so much for my daughter to be able to run in the field and pick flowers and play in the garden like I did.
I am just very excited about the turn my life is about to take. Right now we are 3-4 hours away from any family. How nice it will be to have family around. I am just sending out my positive energy to the Universe. Thank you for listening.

Reality is such a pain in the ass huh? I hope you get to sell the house and get the home you really want. I can't wait to buy my first, but I think I need to get out of South Florida first...It's too damn expensive down here for crap property.
