The day I came home from the hospital after having Sophia (almost 7 months ago) I was 26 pounds lighter than when I first became pregnant. I only gained 3 lbs during my pregnancy. Yay me right? Wrong, I have packed on 10 pounds in the last 7 months because instead of going to the gym I sat my butt at home watching the morning news.

Well, I hate the feeling of gaining weight and I am a determined woman on a misson to lose as much weight as possible in time for next summer. My goal is to look decent in a swimsuit next year!

This morning I started off with a vanilla protein shake mixed with water (no need for the extra calories of milk, although I may add skim milk here and there) and half of a banana. Then I went to the gym and kicked ass, I did 50 minutes of hardcore cardio!! I got home showered and ate a salad with turkey and water to drink, yummm. I'm thinking about starting a meal journal to track what I eat. Also if I think about cheating, it will be looking me in the face when I have to write it down. Tonight's dinner will be chicken breast grilled and veggies.

I'll be hitting up the gym Mon, Wed, Fri and doing arms and abs at home on Tue & Thur. Wish me luck mamas, I'm going to need all of the support I can get!!!!!!

Good Luck have you tried the special k protein water the mixed berry is good well i hope all goes well for you !!!!
