well, today is the 3rd day after my Ryan had his tonsils & adenoids removed & tubes put in his ears & I have to say , he is an amazing child!!
He had his surgery Friday @ 8:15 a.m. & by 6pm, he was eating mac n cheese !! he only took the pain meds the first nite and he only cries when he wakes up from a nap or when he wakes up in the morning b/c his throat is all dried out.
I am soooo proud of him . i got myself all worked up & nervous, thinking he was gonna be a total mess.
The worst part about the surgery is his nasty breath!!!! OMG@!!!! it's horrible !!! lol

I'm glad to hear how well he's doing! When I had my tonsils out last May, I could not eat solid for a week. I lived on milk shakes and pain meds> Goes to show you how quick kids can bounce back!
