Yes, I'm here connecting dots as usual.

I confess that I'm saving the details for my book.  For years people have been telling me that I need to write a book and - while I have nearly finished writing a novel - what they meant was another kind of book, so that's one of the things I've been working on.

I have to thank my dear friend in Ohio for her constant love and support, to TinkFairyGirl who also encouraged me to write a book, thank you to my beautiful friend, Krista - and anyone else who has supported me with their appreciated comments about my writing.

I actually have years of journal writings to organize and transfer onto my computer, so it will take a lot of work.

Wait! I can't believe I'm actually telling you this!  I always keep these things private until they are finished, so that took a lot for me to confide in you.

Anyway, the first thing that happened was yesterday when I found a book by Esther and Jerry Hicks that I did not know existed.

It yelled, "Buy me!  Buy me!!" at the store, so I listened and bought it.

It's called Sara, Book 1 The Foreverness of Friends of a Feather....

"This book offers you, the reader, a thoughtful and inspired formula for generating appreciation, happiness, and good feelings-deftly blended into the uplifting story of a plucky, inquisitive girl named Sara; and her teacher, an ethereal owl named Solomon.
There's something in Sara for any child, adult, or teen pursuing joy and meaning . . . and searching for answers about life, death, and the desires of the heart. It's filled with techniques and processes for making one's dreams come true . . . especially yours!
Sara and Solomon will delight and enchant you!"

If you do not know anything about Esther and Jerry Hicks, they are well-known for their writings regarding Law of Attraction. While I haven't yet read the book, I can't say yet whether or not I like it, but I have a good feeling about it having "thrown itself at me."

So I bought that book for my daughter, and I started to read it last night until she was ready.  So far, so good... I really like it - and it's about a girl and an OWL.

An OWL, got it??

This morning, I forgot to make coffee, so I stopped at Starbucks and this mug JUMPED out at me (I swear these inanimate objects need to stop scaring me like that).   Here... see you for yourself...

Need I say more?? I don't usually buy myself much but this mug was literally screaming at me to buy it

"You can watch me while you write!" it yelled.

Next, I was driving home when I saw a feather and heard it screaming at me as it was floating.

It floated towards oncoming traffic and I heard it scream...

"Watch!!! These big, heavy moving objects are coming right at me and all I need to do is to GENTLY float out of the way... no harm done," it said.

Okay, feather. Message received.

Oh boy, there's more.  A song came on the radio... The Cure...

Title: The Cure - Pictures of You lyrics

I've been looking so long at these pictures of
you that I almost believe that they're real I've
been living so long with my pictures of you that
I almost believe that the pictures are all I can
feel

I have just posted the beginning of the song but you can read the rest through this link.

You know those moments when a song seems to be speaking to you???

I'm not done yet! When I opened my door, I heard an owl hooting... What does Ted Andrews have to say about this owl that keeps appearing in my life since that book about a girl and an OWL yesterday??

"Owl - Spirit is close. Trust guidance & visions"

All I can say now is...

WOW.

Sorry if I seem scarce these days, but I am taking three writing classes - Literary Journal Production, Screenwriting, and Beginning Web Design - while I continue to write articles, plus I have to help my kids with their homework (you can all relate to that). And all this while I figure out where to put these emotions over four deaths these past 11 months.

I've always admired people who can easily juggle multiple activities in their lives.  Do you jugglers have any tips??

Okay, I'm off to write.

Have a beautiful day!

Author's Note: I realized that this may not make sense to those of you who don't know what's happening in my life. I have experienced the deaths of four loved ones over the past 11 months, which explains my reference to "spirit."

i love this post.  i'm a juggler that drops a lot.  a LOT.  funny how a book plops itself in your lap.  i'm slowly (because i'm a mommy with kids & homework & a messy house & a cat & another cat coming today) going thru "conversations with god" and have been jumping in & out of "eat, love, pray" and next will go into the hick's book "ask and it will be given."  hmmm........  doesn't it feel so good to be able to WRITE?  what a release, uh?

I have one word for you and it is one of my absolute favorite words for you . . . synchronicity!  And from your journal I can see that you can see the messages that are being sent.  How absolutely wonderful!
