Todays theme ~ Aug 20, 2008 - If you could open a restaurant, what would it be called and what would it serve?

I would call it Mom's Fight Club ~ A place for good food and debates.

As for the food I would definitly have to go to Mamma's recipes like Yummy Hamburger Gook, Seasoned Baked Chicken, Taco Salad, Chilli, Mamma's Meatloaf, Lasagna. Wow I could go on forever. I would have to hire my Mom as the chef because no~one can cook like Mamma can.
