Cord Blood

I am at 36 weeks and my boyfriend and I are still debating on if we should save our son's cord blood. I was wondering if there are any other moms-to-be that are going through the same process or moms that have decided to save it or not save it. I would really like some input on how people feel about this.

I researched and debating and decided not to. It's incredibly expensive long-term, and the chances anyone would need it are not great enough in my opinion. Instead, I requested that my baby's cord not be cut until it stopped pulsing. This meant that all the cord blood went into his body...which is the best thing for him. What better place to store their cord blood than in their body, right? Good luck with your decision.
