If you could open a restaurant, what would it be called and what would it serve?

I would call it "Summers Time Dinner". We would serve seafood(my fav) and also be a bar(cause my husband wants one of his own bad- ex bartender) . The inside we be a summertime theme, and the backs to the chairs would be surf boards & etc.
