My smarty pants three year old :)

Im a realistic momma (atleast i think so haha). I know every momma thinks thier child is the smartest, cutest, and best child around. Thats why i dont really give much thought to what Alivia does and what she is capable of. But I must brag for a second on how absolutely smart she is.  We participate in the Help me Grow program. I recommend it to anyone especially first timers. Its wonderful. Anyways Alivia has aged outa the program (it only goes to three years old, then they help tranisition to headstart, which alivia isnt not going to do). So she had to take her denver assesment test a few days ago. Well she always scores above average on these test so i wasnt shocked and it was what i expected but now thats shes older it really shows alot more stuff. So anyways she scored a 5 and they wanted her to score under a 20! woohoo wait to go. She also is above average for everything and does everything on the chart with the exception of two things that are a 5-6 year old level.  Her fine motor skills are a 4-5 year old level and her speach is a 5-6 year old level.  This is exciting for me but also super sad. I already knew she was stubborn and shy so it wasnt a shock when the lady told me that because shes at those levels its going to make her even more stubborn and it wil make it harder for her to play with kids her own age.  She also was being a smart alec lol the lady asked her to coutn the blocks on the robe she threaded and alivia counted backwards . She also doesnt like answering the questions because  they arent challenging to her. Shes so funny though.  So the next things we can work with her on are way above her age, which would be defining words completely like when asked what a bananas is she can tell me everything baout it like its a fruit u eat it, u peel it , its yellow, Not just its a fruit or its yellow. Defining all the way, which im pretty sure she can do but she was being stubborn for the lady doing the test.  The results of the assesment really give a reason behind alota the things she does. Like the lady wa ssaying she got such a vivid imaginationg because shes so bright

Alex too scored pretty above average but hes a baby and you cant really tell much by that , in my opinion. He scored a 10 and they wanted him below a 60. His speach is wayyy above average which i already knew. he learsn too much from his big sister hahaha.

Well thats all for now just wanted to brag alittle about my smarty pants daughter. Shes such a riot i tell ya lol. I wish i could upload videos to my computer form my video camera and show her off lol.
