If you would have just listened to me...

We went to Wal-mart tonight to get some food for the baby and we had a lovely $5.00 off "check" from Enfamil for our ridiculously expensive $25 can of formula.  The checker was having trouble taking the $5.00 off our total.  I told her to run it through as cash.  I mean, Halle's 6 months old and we used the same formula and coupons for Bret Alan so this isn't my first time at the rodeo...I might know what I'm talking about.  Did she listen?  Um, no.  So she proceeded to tell us that we've apparently exceeded the limit and have used 67 Enfamil coupons today already.  Come on!  Then she kind of waited around looking at us like we were supposed to say, "Oops, never mind then."  Yeah...not going to happen.  She got a little frustrated then and said she had to go get a CSM.  Wouldn't you know it, the CSM had no clue either.  He had to take the coupon back to his manager and this whole ordeal took about 10 minutes.  Low and behold, he comes back and says to run it as cash!  DIDN'T I JUST TELL HER TO DO THAT?!  Sheesh!

eye rolling

lol. Isn't it funny that sometimes we KNOW what we are talking about and not just being witches? I saw a sign once that said "If at first you don't suceed do it like your wife told you to."  That goes for everyone lol.

I had the same thing happen to me more than once at WalMart!  They never listened, and when they did finally figure it out I just wanted to yell "I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!".  But of course I didn't.

So sorry girl!!!  Like shopping with more than one child isn't bad enough, but to be held up at the check-out is horrible!!!!
