I have been trying to lose weight and get into a good routine for myself lately and I can't really think about it because it is such an overwhelming task. Another reason is, I'm going to be homeschooling my children and I need to learn to prioritize now rather than later. I need more organization, more structure and some help on how to get there. How do you prioritize everything? What keeps you motivated? What do you start with? I need some examples of what others do and what works for them. What would help me out is, if you could send me a PM (if you feel more comfortable with that or just reply here) of what your day looks like?
I need details on: exercise if you do it, cleaning schedules, what you do to set aside special time with your kids, even where you fit in your cafemom time.
If you can give me any tips you might have, that would be awesome too.

Hang is there. Penny gave you some really good tips...the key is to stay on task! My lists have lists! LOL. You are going in the right direction. Hugs!
I try to make it fun! Even though its so not fun. I like to do crafts so i make a crafty calander and stick it to my refrigerator and mark things off with cute pens lol. I also got an organizational calander from this website (i forget what its called, but they have them online) and i print them out. I just try to make what seems boring, more fun in my own way. Anyway hope that helps:)

That's a Butt Load to all at once! LOL
Make a list EVERYDAY and stick to it. That is how I change bad habits or get into good ones. Check the list off as you go. You may have to make 'sub'lists. Such as Excersise....once you get to Excersize on your list, look at the list you made on WHAT exercises you listed and how long for each. Check those off as you go and once they are all checked off, then go back to the main list.
