I don't know if you can fully see how cool this is, but the bee is crackled.

How to:

1. Stamp you image with ink* of your choice (I usually don't work with anything larger than a 2 inch square, circle, etc)

2. Cover entire piece with versamark or embossing ink.

3. Cover in clear embossing powder (this one, I have prisma glitter mixed in with my powder to give it a bit of bling)

4. Heat to melt

5. Repeat using versamark and clear powder until you have 5-6 layers (once you have done this a few times, you can tell by feel if it is thick enough)

6. Put in the freezer for about 5 minutes

7. Bend to crack**

8. For added depth rub an inkpad over so that it gets down in the cracks.

*I recommend a good fast drying ink for this.

**If it isn't cracking, it might not be thick enough, add another layer or two of powder using steps above.

HAVE FUN PLAYING!

That is so cool. I really want to try it out, but have no versamark :( You may be interested in the crackle medium technique tutorial I have posted on my blog. Just be sure to use the Jo Sonja crackle :)
