We have three bedrooms, but one is SO tiny that it is hard to control the temperature so my youngest freezes every night. I am kicking around putting them in the big bedroom which has plenty of room for two beds, two dressers and is a nice temperature all night. This will also allow me to open and close the garage door whenever and front house noises would not bother them.

Do you think they will sleep if I do this?

Should I start with nap times since we are transitioning to a toddler bed for the little one anyways?

Thanks!

Can you close the vent in one of the rooms? That's what I had to do at my old house. I actually couldn't close it so I just covered it. I don't think they will sleep if they are in the same room, but it's worth a shot if you can't get the other one to stop freezing! :)

My 3 girls have always shared a room.  I'm sure it would take some work and some transition time, but yes, they can be taught to sleep at bedtime, in whatever room you decide is the right choice.
