Okay, ladies. I need your help please. Before I got preg. with my daugther I was 169 lbs. Now that isn't overweight for my height, but it is making me unhappy. When I first got preg. I was working in a cabinet factory and lost 10 lbs. after I had her I got down to almost 160 lbs and was alittle happier. Now I am putting it all back on and I am very unhappy with the way I look. My husband says I look just fine and he doesn't want me to lose weight, but I'm not happy and I don't feel healthy. I need you help and advice. I am a stay at home mom and I need some exercise programs that I can do while my kids are sleeping. I can't afford any equipment, but I need something. I would also like your opioions on some diets. My husband doesn't need to lose any weight at all he is skin and bones, so I need something that isn't going to make him lose weight, but won't cost alot to put into our meal plans. Any advice is greatly appreicated. Thank you in advance.
