Try using sea salt. The grainy texture of sea salt makes it a super-effective exfoliant! Since each granule is packed with minerals like potassium, iodine and magnesium, sea salt increases moisture in the outer layer of the skin. A quick scrub in the shower will slough away dead skin cells, leaving new skin glowing and extra-supple!

Why Not Make Your Own Sea Salt Scrub?

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup sea salt
2. 1 cup olive oil
3. 1 tsp your favorite essential oil

Mix ingredients together in a small jar and there you have it!

Cheers to Soft Skin!

Where do you buy essential oils? I see recipes for home made things call for them all the time, but have no idea where to look! I make my own laundry detergent and it says you can put essential oils in there if you want a different smell, but that would require me to buy essential oils! A salt scrub is a great idea though, I can't wait to try it!
