Well that is no fun.  Here, I will give you one - it is another gem I heard at a bar when I was in college:

Are you ok? Because that fall must have hurt?  (You would say - What?)

The fall from heaven, because you are such an angel!

(then move on to hotter guy playing pool).  See - now you have had a pick up!  ha ha! :)
