I've been thinking a lot about why I've been feeling so anxious lately, and I believe I've narrowed it down to this- I have to stop thinking so much about things I can't change. I'm one of those people that when I or someone I care about has a problem, or things don't go smoothly, I want to jump right in and play Ms. Fix-it. I need to learn to accept that sometimes you really can't change what is. This is especially difficult when "what is" is your own fault. I know everyone has things in life that they regret, but most people deal with them and move on. I just want to be able to do the same, instead of worrying something to death. For as long as I can remember I've been a worrier and and I've tended to obsess over things, and it certainly hasn't made my life any easier or really changed anything, so why keep doing it? Tell me, what is the secret to care-free living? Is there one? Or is everyone like me and they just don't talk about it?

I really use to be that way. I started simply by telling myself, you can't change it NOW STOP stressing over it. I know it sounds crazy, but maybe you just need to be stern with yourself like I was.
Good Luck!
