I agreed to try some recipes using Ragu spaghetti sauce, and thought I would post them and my results here!
Ragu Pizza Burgers
1 lb ground beef
2 c Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp salt
6 English Muffins, split and toasted
In a small bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 c sauce, 1/2 c cheese, salt. Shape into 6 patties.
Grill or broil til done. Meanwhile, heat remaining sauce. To serve, arrange burgers on muffin halves. Top with remaining cheese, sauce, and muffin halves.

**I tweaked the recipe just a tiny bit--we don't care for English muffins so I used garlic flavored ciabatta buns instead. I topped it with my favorite burger toppings, lettuce, tomato, and onion. They were awesome! I also added some red and green bell pepper to the mixture. I would definitely recommend this recipe, it was so quick and easy!!!!!
