Potty training

So we have started potty training, again.  My daughter is just over 2 years old.  I've been telling the daycare since June that we were potty training and they've done nothing.  So finally yesterday my friend and I both took the girls in undies instead of diapers and again said we are potty training and left extra undies and changes of clothes.  So she did pretty good yesterday only 2 accidents.  Today I got a call from the daycare asking me about how we do potty training at home because she's had a lot of accidents today.  They have an alarm that goes off every 35 minutes, they sit her on the potty for about 2 minutes and then she gets off and heads out to play and within minutes pees in her pants. 

Anyone have any suggestions or help?
