Short Update

I just spoke to DH's lawyer and he said he can get DH 3-5 yrs instead of 10.   At this point I really don't think the lawyer can get him out of this because even though DH wasn't an active participant he knew too much.  If he gets this  I will be so ecstatic.  This will let us salvage our life together.  I pray so much for God to take care of us in this situation.  Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

You are still on our prayer list. I just want to advise you to look into your states mandatory sentences. A friend of mine was screwed over by them. Just make sure that your state doesn't have a mandatory sentence for his charges that is more then what is being offered.

It's a federal charge and it does have a minimum but I've talked to many people (mailnly co-workers lol) who have BTDT and they said there is always a way around it.  Thank you so much for keeping us in your thoughts.
