First, before I get any comments about my weight, I just want to throw it out there... I KNOW I"m not fat. However, it doesn't mean that I can't FEEL fat. That being said, here goes...

So, I have this daily routine. Christian and I walk four miles a day (technically, I walk, he just enjoys the view.), I follow that up a little later in the day with a 40 minute work out video, followed by 30 minutes of yoga (with the help of my Wii Fit). So, yesterday was no exception. Plus on top of the daily workout I added another 30 minute combo of training & aerobics (again, thanks to the Wii Fit). So, I turned on the Wii this morning for my usual weigh-in and Wii-Fit age calculation... That being said I managed to gain 0.9 lbs in one day! Thats almost an entire pound! I KNOW that I didn't do enough to gain a pound of muscle, nor did I eat enough to gain a pound of fat! What the hell happened?

I THINK I have this figured out now... thanks to Ricky. Possible water retention? It's a possibility, and thats what I'm going with. So, I seriously need to cut out the sodium.

Sep. 5, 2008 at 11:48 AM if it makes you feel any better one day i was in walmart and weighed myself and it said 124 and i almost crapped myself because i was so excited. However, the doctors office has me weighing in at 138! I cried on the drive home. I hate scales. That one should have mooed at me!

DON'T LISTEN TO THE SCALE SO MUCH, GO BY THE WAY YOUR CLOTHES FIT AND HOW YOU FEEL.  IT SEEMS TO ME YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT AS FAR AS EXCERCISE, KEEP IT UP! BUT I ALSO KNOW WE ALL HAVE THOSE FAT FEELING DAYS!
