What an amazing day!! I got to see how wonderful people can be when faced with a situation that requires assistance. So many people came out and donated to baby Michael. We managed to raise over $1500 in only 3 hours and with the terrential downfall outside, that is pretty damn good!!
Big thanks to everyone that came...especially my cafemom family...Jan, Denise, Colleen!!!! Jan won a $300 Casio digital camera!!! Denise won a few things too!!! Colleen's hubby finally got to see that I am not Colleen's imaginary friend..LOL. Colleen kids had a blast dancing and hangin out and so did Denise's daughter.
Lexi and Christian's sister sold 50/50 and raffle tickets and no one could say no to them.
Regina Sayles was up first. What an AMAZING voice she has!!!!!

OMG!!! lol I just wanna first say I have NEVER EVER won anything in my entire life swear on my kids!!! And coincidental, I have been wanting that awesome camera for a while!! Besides that the benefit was for a great & much needed cause it was also sweet, fun, and brought me good luck too!! How can you beat that?! I'm just so sorry I couldn't stay longer...really wish I could have tho (except for maybe the grand finale bc I prob would have weeped real bad lol) but it seems like things got even better after I left!
Secondly, I Hope & pray that baby Michael will get his treatment very SOON!!!!!!
Last, but never the least..Kudos to you Mel!! You did a superb job!! I'm happy & honored to have been a part of this event AND glad that I met you & have you as a friend. Thank you for inviting me. Wish you a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" today!!! 25 right?! haha..Luv ya!
p.s. Colleen...stop that nonsense girl you are a MILF too!! LOL. Oh and thanks for dropping off the camera denise.
